SANTA CLARA, Calif., ATCA Summit 2006 - October 18, 2006 - RadiSys Corporation (NASDAQ:RSYS), and OpenClovis, Inc., today announced a partnership whereby RadiSys will resell and support OpenClovis high availability middleware and application development tools with its Promentum™ Advanced Telecom Computing Architecture (ATCA) platforms. The pre-integrated solution offered by RadiSys provides telecommunications equipment manufacturers (TEMs) with a single source for all their high availability ATCA requirements and is available today.

The OpenClovis Application Service Platform (ASP) provides a complete off-the-shelf, standards aligned, manageability and high availability software solution. It is operating system- (OS) and platform-agnostic, and is pre-integrated with various distributions of Linux including MontaVista, Wind River and Red Hat. The integrated RadiSys/OpenClovis solution is suitable for a wide range of carrier grade network elements and its usage ranges from application servers, RNC/BSC, media gateway, security gateway, IPTV, 3G/WiMAX and IMS core elements.
