Fujitsu Strengthens Service Support, Ties Up With RT Outsourcing Services Ltd

Partnership to provide better customer services support for Fujitsu’s PC Products in India

New Delhi, October 30, 2006- Fujitsu, leading provider of customer-focused IT and communications solutions for the global marketplace has announced today that it has tied up with RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. to provide service and support for its personal computing range of products in India.

Announcing the tie-up, Mr Mok Wai Tong, Vice-President, Sales, Fujitsu PC Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. said, “We have tied up with RT Outsourcing Services Ltd for providing service and support to our valued customers, for our entire product ensemble in India”. “We also hope that this alliance will not only reduce support cost and enhance customer loyalty, but also the direct competitive advantage and convenience to the customer would be an added advantage “he added.

With this tie-up, Fujitsu expects to cover 10 cities in the initial phase. The cities would be Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Cochin, Hyderabad and Pune.

Both the companies expect not only to grow the business together, but also to carry forward a long relationship in services and support and other gamut of offerings into the country. This alliance is expected to bring about a very refreshing change in business in terms of approach, commitment and deliverables.
