Barcode Superstore Launches New, Improved Website

GSM’s online web shop, Barcode Superstore, provides their customers with a more product orientated service that offers the facility to browse and purchase enterprise mobility PDA devices, barcode scanners and label printers at any time of the day.

www.barcodesuperstore.co.uk was launched just over 12 months ago by GSM Printer & Label Systems in order to offer their wide range of products through a user friendly medium.

The site has been enormously successful and has propelled GSM’s business into the online market place at a rapid rate. “Even we have been surprised by how popular www.barcodesuperstore.co.uk has proved to be; we feel that what makes our Company stand out is that we back up our excellent online prices with a team of fully trained product experts who can support our entire product range both pre and post sale. Since the site was originally launched in July 2006 GSM has learnt a lot about how their e-commerce site is used and have spent time identifying improvements they can make to ensure a swift and easy purchasing process for their customers. GSM are now ready to launch their new and improved, customer friendly website.

Updated and improved features of the new site include advanced search capabilities, allowing the customer to enter their requirements and see the range of products that meet their criteria. Customers will also be able to see recommended and featured products at the click of the button and access. Barcode Superstore will also now give more detailed information on GSM’s range of software solutions for asset management, stock control, field service and loans management.

New features coming soon will include online hardware and software training courses as well live web chat for product advice, technical support and accounts queries. Since the website’s inception GSM has built on their original brand of products by identifying changes in the market place.
