The new appointment is part of a restructure of the Service Delivery Group for EMEA, which is focused on satisfying and exceeding the expectations of Infra’s burgeoning customer base.
Phillips’ track record in the ITIL/ITSM arena includes nine years with Pink Elephant, Pink Roccade and Getronics, where he was Service Delivery Manager for the high-profile Group 4 Securicor account.
Speaking about his new role at Infra Phillips comments, “Infra is a well-respected and innovative company and I am relishing the opportunity to offer its customers top class service – not just support in getting their new system up and running rapidly, but also in obtaining maximum return on their IT service management investment at every stage.”
Infra reported revenue growth of 58% for the year ending July 2007 and the company has recently announced its inclusion in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for IT Service Desk, 2007. As part of Infra’s commitment to continual improvement across the board, managers have also been appointed to run Infra’s Training, Service Desk, and Technology & Development operations, underpinned by substantial recruitment of qualified service personnel. www.infra.co.uk
