Seagull Scientific Releases BarTender Version 7.7

Bellevue, WA, USA – Seagull Scientific has released version 7.7 of their BarTender label and RFID software, which now features full-system Unicode support. Unicode is an international computer data standard for representing any character from most of the written languages of the world. Although BarTender is not the only label software program that can read and print international data characters, Seagull claims unsurpassed support of the Unicode character standard in the greatest possible variety of circumstances. This includes support for international characters not only in data to be printed, but also in names for files, fields, data paths, network locations, printers, fonts, etc. Version 7.7 also adds a number of other improvements, including font style emulation and support for the Micro QR Code 2-D symbology.
