WorkPlace Systems plc, a world leader in workforce management solutions, has been awarded IBM’s Retail Store Integration Framework (SIF) accreditation.
WorkPlace Systems joins 30 other retail IT solution providers, that are part of a validated business partner ecosystem of retail technology solutions.

The benefits to retailers of WorkPlace being accredited are two fold. They can trust that validated solutions will deliver faster deployment and easier integration. In addition, retailers can be assured of lower total cost of ownership and reduced time to deploy innovative store applications that improve customer loyalty, increase employee effectiveness and streamline store operations.

John Bailey, business development manager for WorkPlace Systems, said, “Retailers increasingly want to know that the solutions they choose are business-ready and that they can limit their risk in deployment. IBM’s endorsement of WorkPlace Systems is further proof that we provide the most advanced workforce management solutions to retailers.”
