BlackSpider Increases Language Support For European Customers

22 August 2006 – BlackSpider Technologies, the on-demand security service of SurfControl plc, is further strengthening its presence across Europe by adding eight new languages to its end-user message report (EUMR). Users of the company’s email filtering service, MailControl, can now access reports in Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Greek, Polish and Czech.

The report language is set automatically according to the language settings of the user’s browser when requesting email reports or reviewing details on the online service portal.

The additional language support means MailControl EUMRs are now available in a total of 14 languages. Other supported languages are English, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Romanian and Slovak.
